Plus, construction zones are on the watchlist, so slow down and give workers a break! Mark your calendars: On Monday, Oct. 6, 2025, 57 Intersection Safety Cameras (ISC) across Calgary are ready to snap those red-light runners, with five also catching speed-on-green infractions (Source: City of Calgary).

The cameras are back in action on Oct. 3 at spots like 16 Avenue at 68 Street N.E. Remember, going 50 km/h over the limit means a trip to see the judge. So far in 2025, over 600 lead-footed drivers have faced hefty fines for excessive speed (Source: City of Calgary).
